Algemene beschrijving:
De XAA170 is een dual, normaal open (1-Form-A) solid state relais bestaande uit twee onafhankelijke, optisch gekoppelde relais in een enkele 8-pin behuizing. Met behulp van optisch gekoppelde MOSFET-technologie biedt het 3750Vrms van input-naar-output isolatie.
De optisch gekoppelde uitgangen, die gebruikmaken van de gepatenteerde OptoMOS-architectuur, worden aangestuurd door een uiterst efficiënte infrarood-LED.
Door twee onafhankelijke enkelpolige relais in één 8-pins behuizing te integreren, bespaart de XAA170 ruimte op de printplaat. Het ontwerp is compacter dan dat van twee afzonderlijke enkelpolige relais in uiteenlopende toepassingen.
