Beschrijving:
PAA110 is een 400V, 150mA, 22W, dual normally open (1-Form-A) optisch geïsoleerde Solid State Relay. De efficiënte MOSFET-schakelaars en fotovoltaïsche matrijs gebruiken de gepatenteerde OptoMOS-architectuur van IXYS Integrated Circuits om 3750Vrms van input-naar-output-isolatie te leveren. De optisch gekoppelde output wordt aangestuurd door een zeer efficiënte infrarood-LED
Deze prestatieleider biedt een hoge piekbelastingsspanningsverwerkingscapaciteit en een verbeterde piekbelastingsstroomverwerking.
