Beschrijving:
LAA126 is een 250V, 170mA, 15W, dual normally open (1-Form-A) Solid State Relay. De combinatie van superefficiënte MOSFET-schakelaars en fotovoltaïsche matrijs biedt 3750Vrms van input-naar-output-isolatie.
De optisch gekoppelde uitgangen, die gebruikmaken van de gepatenteerde OptoMOS-architectuur, worden aangestuurd door een uiterst efficiënte GaAIAs-infrarood-LED.
Dit dubbelpolige OptoMOS-relais biedt een compactere ontwerpoplossing dan discrete enkelpolige relais in verschillende toepassingen en bespaart ruimte op de printplaat door beide schakelaars in één 8-pinsbehuizing te integreren
